There is no definite answer to this question. It depends on each plugin.
We use the WordPress REST API to take the content from your WordPress site and display it in a client-side rendered app. If your plugin is compatible with the REST API, it should be compatible with Worona as well. But again, it really depends on each plugin.
Many plugins will only make sense in the desktop version of your WordPress. For example, there is no need for a SEO plugin compatible with a native mobile app.
Plugins implementing major features such as WooCommerce don't work with Worona by default. But we are already working in a Worona extension to make WooCommerce work great in your mobile apps.
